Ingredients:
1 chopped Onion
4 tbsp minced Garlic
4 tbsp Oil
2 cups chopped Fresh Tomatoes
16 oz Tomato Sauce
12 oz Tomato Paste
2 tsp Salt
4 tsp Oregano
4 tsp Basil
¼ tsp Pepper
In large skillet, sauté onion and garlic in oil until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer 30 min over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Can be used now or frozen for later.
