Class News

• The title of this Sunday's lesson is Follow The Leader. The background passage is Judges 3:7-5:31. The lesson passages are Judges 4:1-4, 6-8a, 10; 5:1-5, 9-11a. Before Sunday, please take a moment to prayerfully read through the passages to prepare for the lesson.
• Happy Birthday to Billy Martin tomorrow, July 9th!
• Happy Anniversary to Adam & Sarah on Wednesday, July 11th!
• Women's Bible Study: Will meet THIS Tuesday, July 10th, at Sarah Gardner's house (1906 Tennyson Drive, Greensboro/27410) at 6:45pm. Please be prepared to watch the video/discuss session 4.
• July 15th: Class Social!! Our LJG's next social will be the church-wide picnic on Sunday, July 15th @ 4pm at Bur-Mil Park. The church will provide hot dogs, condiments and chips. You are asked to bring a side or dessert to share, along with drinks and lawn chairs for your family.
• July 31st (Tuesday): Baby shower for Priscilla! Hosted by Amanda Elliott, at 7pm.
• August 11th (Saturday): Baby shower for Sarah! Hosted by Melissa Gardner, at 10am.

Church Picnic:

• Bur-Mil Park Shelters #5 and #7.
• Games will begin at 4pm and dinner will be served at 6pm.
• Hot dogs, hamburgers, toppings, buns and chips will be provided.
• Please bring side dishes and desserts to share.
• Bring drinks, cups, and ice for your family.

Activities Ministry

Baseball Trip to Atlanta:

• August 4-5 to see the Houston Astros vs. the Atlanta Braves.
• Cost is $32 plus hotel and food.
• See Jimmy to register.

Family Tubing Trip:

• August 25th at Zaloo's Canoes in Jefferson, NC.
• Cost is $15 for adults, $11 for children.
• Payment due in full by August 15th.

Co-Ed Softball:

• Registration has begun. Call Jimmy in the office or email: jjackson@lawndalebaptist.org if you are interested.

Married Adult Ministry

Home School Co-Op Interest Meeting:

• Sunday, July 8th at 5pm in the Fellowship Hall.
• For preschool through 1st grade.

The Resolution for Men:

• The next class will begin Wednesday, August 15th from 6:30-7:30pm.
• We will meet 7 consecutive Wednesday nights.
